Why I chose this profession?
After dedicating my time and energy to children in education (Master's degree in Language and Literature) and animals in an animal protection association, I embarked on the path of yoga—a journey of consciousness exploration, body respect, and soul guidance.
I love accompanying others on their unique path of self-discovery, recognizing and honoring each individual's uniqueness.
I received my Kundalini Yoga training at the Amritnam Sarovar School in 2014, with an accredited diploma from the French Federation of Kundalini Yoga and KRI (International Certification). In 2014, I taught in Croissy-sur-Seine and then moved to New York for two years, where I continued to teach Yoga.
Since 2018, I have resumed my activities as a Yoga Teacher/Therapist through Yoga, particularly through the power of speech, in Croissy-sur- Seine.
I am also trained in RMTi® (Levels 1, 2, 3, and 'Facing Fear' Module).
This knowledge of primitive reflexes complements the teachings of Yoga, working with the nervous system through rhythmic movements.
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that combines static and dynamic postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation.
It is a holistic practice that integrates all aspects of human existence—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It focuses on healing the body and mind and reducing stress.
The physical exercises strengthen the nervous, endocrine, vascular, lymphatic, and respiratory systems, helping the body return to a balanced and peaceful state of homeostasis.
Kundalini Yoga offers a profound inner journey, incorporating conscious breathing, body awareness, and meditation to experience surrendering and letting go.
We often function like a GPS that refuses to venture into uncharted paths. Kundalini Yoga allows us to reset our parameters, update our internal maps, discover new routes, and allow something new to emerge.
It enhances resilience and tranquility.
And becoming a source of inspiration to feel grounded, calm, and prepared to face the challenges of modern life. It helps us generate new roots by letting go of limitations, enabling growth with serenity, motivation, and joy.
