Why I chose this profession?
I have always had a special affection for sports and the art of helping others. Throughout my journey, my passion for fitness and physical preparation deepened, leading me, over ten years ago, to delve into the study of nutrition and coaching.
I then chose to make it my profession. However, I quickly realized that beyond nutritional and sports support, there was a deeper need: to consider the individual as a whole. That's why I turned to naturopathy and became interested in the psychological sphere, to offer truly holistic coaching support.
During my training, I had the opportunity to discover foot, palm, and back reflexology according to the Knap method, a practice for which I developed a real passion. As a high-level athlete, I faced certain joint and muscular traumas, and this technique radically transformed my life.
Driven by the desire to share these benefits, I trained in reflexology and the Knap method, so I could integrate these skills into my consultancy support.

It's important to note that the outcomes of wellness coaching largely depend on the individual's commitment.
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice based on the principle that certain areas of the feet, hands, and sometimes the skull, correspond to different organs and systems of the body. By stimulating these specific points through pressure and massage, reflexology aims to promote health and well-being. Here are some of its benefits:
- Reduction of stress and anxiety
- Improved blood circulation
- Physical, psychological, and emotional harmonization
- Sports preparation and recovery
- Improved quality of life for individuals with serious pathologies
- Immune system stimulation
- Pain relief
- Improved digestion
- Beneficial effect on sleep / Energetic rebalancing
The Knap point technique involves stimulating these muscular points to decrease the pain felt. By de-stressing the organism at these strategic locations, the therapist also allows the whole body to relax, as all these points are interconnected.
The main benefit of this technique is to reduce muscular tensions, in addition to alleviating the effects of stress on the body. In addition to promoting overall good health, massaging the Knap points strengthens the body's immune system by improving blood circulation.
It's important to note that while many people report benefits from practicing reflexology, these effects can vary from one individual to another. Moreover, reflexology should not replace conventional medical treatment but can be considered a complementary practice, with the agreement of a healthcare professional.
